CBC builds custom homes in North Georgia. Custom remodeling for kitchens and baths, master suites and basements are . We build custom garages, decks, porches, too. We are an insured Ga. licensed general contractor. We provide design and blueprinting services.

CBC is a father and son business with a story that began in 1979. Charles began doing construction to pay his way through Georgia Tech. Over the years he gained experience in all facets of residential and commercial design and construction. In the last 40 years Charles has built single family homes, multi-family residences, shopping centers, warehouses, office buildings, and churches. Andrew began working with his father as a teenager. He too has become proficient in building and remodeling. Before becoming a partner with his father, Andrew built multi story apartments; acquired, renovated and marketed dozens of house flips in the Atlanta market and managed electrical crews for an electrical contractor in Forsyth county. Together, Charles and Andrew bring over 60 years of experience to CBC. As a licensed general contractor with the State of Georgia CBC is properly insured and has the tools and the team to estimate, design and build your custom residential project.
